Breaking: Case study of scandalous lack of journalistic integrity.

More subterfuge discovered in the Minnesota student freedom of speech violation story. The tweet cited in Ms. BAE's article alleged to be the object of the six months' prison sentence is irrelevant,
2/ not targeted in the court judgement! In the judgement, Mr. Luo the culprit acknowledged to have created (usurped) three accounts in Chinese called Mian Qing (绵青), Maxx(马某,True name of the cartoonist, usurped identity), and "Feet Washing Basin". Nowhere did the
3/ judgement mention the account "l'étranger1111" cited in Ms. BAE's article.

In the judgement, Mr. Luo confirmed
that he has since deleted the 40s tweets being targeted. Whereas the tweet cited in the BAE article is still valid on Twitter. So the cited tweet is totally
4/ irrelevant to the court judgement.
The public is misled into thinking that the tweet cited is the cause of the punishment whereas in reality it's unrelated.
Moreover the opposite is true. Such content can be freely published in China!
Author of the cited tweet confirms
such
5/ cartoons can be published without any problem in China, as per the cartoon caption "Collected some Limburger pictures to be used inside the fire wall".

This is further confirmed by a comment which says, "Very easy to use (inside the wall). Filed. Published inside the
6/ country without problem. Effect is good"

Ms. BAE is bullying her readers who don't understand Chinese into thinking that a boy went to prison for six months for publishing the mild satire whereas the reality is exactly the opposite.
7/ This is flagrant subterfuge and falsehood.

Everything is false/misrepresentation in Ms. BAE's article.

To summarize, the news article just pulled out part of the judgement which suits the propaganda narrative and purpose while totally
8/ignoring the part which is not convenient to fit into the propaganda narrative, ie, the part on internet mob violence. The victim Mr. Ma clearly stated that he was the object of Internet mob harassment and Mr. Luo clearly acknowledged that he did this on behalf of the
9/mob to exact vengeance on Mr. Ma.

Mr. Luo admitted that the motive for publishing his tweets was to harass Mr. Ma (Is harassment freedom of expression? 😂).

Judging from the fact that later Mr. Ma was hounded by the pro-democracy activists who exposed his personal
10/ information online, he was most probably apolitical and published the tweets to settle accounts more than anything else. Ms. BAE seems to have ignored this most crucial information in the judgement. Moreover, to make her propaganda piece more convincing, she didn't hesitate
11/ to add false information to deliberately mislead the public. The false information happens to demonstrate the opposite. This is equivalent of prisoners who digged a tunnel to escape but found themselves in the court room😂! The cited cartoon precisely proved China's Internet
12/freedom not the opposite!

Lo and behold, a case of China's dictatorship escalating the onslaught on freedom of speech abroad is thus created. I am flabbergasted.

I invited Ms. BAE to do a full translation of the judgement. She said translation is not her job.
13/ Since when is giving a full exact account of a story not the job of a journalist? She invited me to do it. Here I am, doing the investigative journalism on her behalf, giving you the crucial information. For the complete story, please see my embedded thread.
14/ In case Ms. BAE deletes or changes her bogus cited tweet, I attach a screenshot here. Notice she has cropped away the caption In Chinese. She is fully aware what the caption says. Not very convenient, eliminated.. Story of China jailing people for mild satire thus fabricated
15/ Ms. BAE also mentioned in her article that Mr. Luo retweeted an image of Winnie the Pooh, giving the impression that Mr Luo went to prison for Winnie the Pooh. First of all, president Xi Jinping represents the dignity and authority of the country. Personal ridicule and
16/ debasement are outlawed in China, towards all citizens including and especially towards government leaders. That is a good law. Given the viciousness of the US/West against China, no such law means CIA/NED are free to run propaganda campaigns with monstrous lies to
17/erode the authority of the government and bring about a regime change.
Personal attack is not freedom of expression. Even Twitter suspends accounts engaging in personal insults.

However, this time Ms. BAE didn't give a screenshot of the so-called Winnie the Pooh image
18/ from the account of the Taiwan separatist. Why, because the image is a far cry from the lovely disneyland image. It's disgusting and is clearly a personal debasement of a vile nature. Since such true image is not very convenient to the story of the martyr of
19/ freedom of expression, Ms BAE omitted the screenshot.
Well by exaggeration, omission, truncating, pulling some information forward, sweeping some under the carpet, sparkled with false misleading information here and there, she accomplished the sleight of hand of a
20/ case of drastic violation of freedom of speech by a dictatorship. That's a propaganda lie, not serious journalism.

The Western bloc didn't win the cold war. The Soviet bloc collapsed of its own accord because of 1/sclerosis of its economy, unable to provide the standard of living of the West 2/economic isolation 3/export of its ideology 4/arms race. China learnt the lessons. China didn't
2/ Listen to West like USSR and embraced the suicidal shock therapy. China effected a sustainable transition from USSR style economy to the current hybrid economy. China is not bound by ideological fanaticism. It did what needs to be done in consideration of all factors paying
3/ Tribute to all systems.
WEST are the victims of their own cold war propaganda which didn't strike the ex-Soviet dead but is likely to strike itself dead now. They're obsessed with human rights abuses in China, and by dint of repetition, come to believe China would collapse

The full story of the martyr of the freedom of speech

I did some further investigation into the Adrian Zenz' allegation of the Chinese student receiving six months' prison sentence for exercising freedom of speech. I deleted my original tweet because Ms. BAE did provide me
2/ with a valid link to the court judgement.

As per the link provided above, I was able to read the full court judgement. I invited the author of the news article to do a full translation, but she said translation is not her job and invited me to do it if I so wished.
3/ I hereby give a brief description of the case. Mr. Luo was charged with incitement of public disorder, libel, unfounded personal attack, personal debasement, account hacking, subterfuge of identity etc. What happened was that in a telegraph group,

China's strategy to adhere to the concrete, keeping its nose to the grindstone pays... while US/WEST are engaged in a sterile media war destined to be a flop.

America is schizophrenic. On the one hand, White House screams decoupling and one would think we are on the brink
2/ of a war. On the other hand the actual US investment increased 6% for the first 6 months in China. According to Navarro, these US investors are "turncoats"

Where can the money go anyway? There's no where to go. To spite China, normally US investors should invest in India
3/where labor is cheaper. (Well, if China practiced "slave labor", what should Indian labor be called then?)

Unfortunately, the pandemic is out of control in India, and situation is not likely to improve anytime soon. The statistics are bad, but reality is much worse given

Happy birthday to our beloved Motherland, to its hardworking people and its capable government CPC.

From poverty to prosperity...
From never ending civil war to peace...
From no tech to tech giant...
🌹🌹
China is the only country where upon hearing "Happy birthday to our Mother land" would arouse tears in its people and wouldn't be seen as ridiculous by the rest of the world. Try do the same to America. It would be booed worldwide. There's no glory for a country in killing
millions without being punished or even condemned.
This is thanks to US which is determined to destroy China. The opposites go hand in hand. There's no intense China love without intense China hate. Intense love is always elicited by intense hate.

Compare these Tibetan youth with their counterparts in black neighborhoods in the US and in the immigrants quarters in Europe. China provides its youth with all round training, including military boot camp training to empower them for life. ImageImage
2/ Well, there's nothing breaking in it. All schools in China from junior high up organise boot camp training programs provided by the military to instill discipline, physically and mentally harden and toughen the young. In France, there are also military training
3/programs provided to youth of poor
neighborhoods to shape them up for the job market. Many Chinese children excl. minorities are single kids. Many of them are spoilt and haven't been exposed to a collective shared life with others. Military boot camp is a good way to teach

Why nobody wants to talk to Western journalists in Xinjiang? Understanding the catastrophic western investigative journalism

I watched a documentary on German French channel ARTE on #Xinjiang. This is how a French journalist from the French leftist
2/newspaper LIBERATION conducts her interviews. She walks into a police station and asks the police, "We've come to visit the #Uighurconcentrationcamp. Can you show us where it is?" Police waved her away with impatience, "There's no such a thing as concentration camp!"
3/ I admired the restraint of the police officer. If this happened in the US, I'm afraid that the journalist would be dismissed in a more forceful manner. "Go fuck yourself" is more likely the answer she would get. The treatment international journalists are met with while
