HELL YEAH! The editors of NEJM (most prestigious medical journal in the world) has effing had it with the Trump WH destroying the CDC and FDA and muzzling the NIH. Basically @NEJM editorial gave the middle finger to Trump today. nejm.org/doi/full/10.10… ImageImage

Sweden #COVID19 response is just crazy.

2) The reason they are appearing now is the incubation period, typically 5-6 days but can be 2-14, up to 21 days.

(Note: 2 other WH residence staff tested positives weeks ago; Claudia C not a first degree exposure).
3) And indeed, you can be INFECTIOUS even before you either show symptoms or before you test positive, which has maximum test positive likelihood when you first show symptoms. But you can be contagious before before any of these.
