Pres. Spox. Roque on appeal to allow senior citizens to malls: Unang-una ay hindi po pinagbabawalan ang ating seniors para bumili ng kanilang necessities. Pwede silang pumunta sa malls, groceries kahit anong oras.

Pres. Spox. Roque: Kasama na po riyan ang ating strategic plan na Ingat Buhay Para sa Hanapbuhay. Medyo naantala lang ang pag-release ng pondo kaya umaasa tayo ngayon sa airing ng ad na 'yan sa libreng spots na ibinibigay ng KBP.

Pres. Spox. Roque: Si Presidente na po ang nagsasabi sa taumbayan na kinakailangan po ay pag-ingatan ang ating mga buhay para tayo'y maghanap-buhay.

Pres. Spox. Roque on possible measles outbreak: Ang mensahe po ni Presidente, mga magulang ay huwag nating katakutan ang bakuna.

Pres. Spox. Roque: Hindi po dapat maging dahilan ng pagkaantala ng national budget itong nangyari sa Kamara.

NAP Chief Implementer Galvez: Sa ngayon po ay medyo nabibigla kami dahil talagang kami pa ang na-inspire kasi ang kanilang [LGU] ginagawa ay hinihigitan pa ang ating ginagawang implementasyo ng minimum health standard.

Pres. Spox. Roque on content of budget bill: Iyan naman po ay nakabase sa national expenditure plan. Ang ehekutibo ang nag-submit ng proposed budget.

Pres. Spox. Roque: Walang project, lalo na sa DPWH, na ikukonsidera na hindi dumaraan sa municipal and provincial development council, tapos pupunta sa regional development council.

Pres. Spox. Roque: Huwag po kayo mag-alala at maghuhurmentado sa IATF mamaya tungkol dito sa Love is not a tourism. Napakatindi po talaga ng mga labi ng nag-iibigan at naiintindihan naman po natin 'yan.

Pres. Spox. Roque on entry of foreigners: Let me clarify, the general rule is not allowed but they must present a valid reason to enter. Case-to-case basis po dinedesisyunan 'yan at kailangan po mag-apply ng entry visa sa ating konsulado abroad.

Pres. Spox. Roque: Kung maaantala man[ang budget], maybe it is a statement of fact. Pero jurisprudence says the Senate can continue its own deliberations on the budget kasi hindi naman iyan nakadepende sa pagtatapos ng budget sa House.

Pres. Spox. Roque: Kinakailangan lang kasi na matuloy lang ang deliberations sa Komite. But admittedly, ang gray area is whether or not they can have plenary without receipt of the House version that is approved on third and final reading.

Pres. Spox. Roque: It's a very important budget. It's the first budget na kinonsidera ang COVID. Iyong kabuuan ng ating stimulus package ay nandito sa 2021 proposed national budget.

NAP Chief Implementer Galvez: Iyong mga focus areas na matataas ang kanilang transmission, at the same time ay nakikita na maraming cases ay pinupuntahan iyan ng CODE teams.

NAP Chief Implementer Galvez: Talagang ini-intensify natin ang active case finding para makita natin ang magnitude ng contamination. AT the same time, we isolate immediately all of the positive.

Pres. Spox. Roque on senior citizens: Ang general rule po manatili sa bahay. Maging homeliners pero siyempre kung walang makakabili ng kanilang essentials ay pwede silang lumabas.

Pres. Spox. Roque: Iyong mga nag-disapprove sa ginagawa ng gobyernong Duterte para ma-kontrol ang COVID-19 ay 6 percent. Tapos ang disapprove sa pagbibigay ng assistance at subsidy sa mga nawalan ng trabaho dahil sa COVID-19 ay 7 percent.
