Answer from Yehosh'ua (Jesus): By staying within the present moment. Pain, suffering, trauma are all part of the past experiences. Maintaining your mind in the NOW moment will help you release the trauma.

The ego mind cannot remain here for long.
It will fight it's way to control to keep you in the past experiences or in the future. In the energy of lack. This energy of lack does not exist in the present moment.

It only exists in the past or the future, both of which are illusions. Everything is happening right now.
One way you can keep yourself in the present moment is through focusing on your physicality. You can do this through breath work. This is why meditations begin through focus on your breath, to bring you to the present moment where all exists.
You can do this as well through exercise. Your mind moves away from the thoughts of the past and future when you focus on your body during running, dance, swimming or your preferred way of movement.

Focus on something else is the key point here.
The more you remain in the present moment, the more the past and the future thoughts will release, which will also release the pain and the suffering you might feel.

Everything in life is simple. Only humans like to complicate it.

A simple technique to help your family members and yourself get past low vibrations and ascension symptoms is by clearing their energies.

This technique works because you connect with their higher self and ask permission. Their higher self will usually agree to this healing.
Relax in a comfortable space. Take a few deep breaths and move into your meditation by asking to connect to your kids, family members, etc.

Make sure to name them individually. You can even do this for yourself.

At this point, you should be able to see them within your mind.
Trust that you are only connecting with light beings. Within the visualization, call forth each of their higher selves to stand behind them.

Ask permission from the higher self to do this healing for the benefit of all. I haven't had one higher self say no yet.

Hello everyone, apologies for yesterday. I took a nap and slept right through my alarm, waking up late at night.

Soon after, I went back to sleep and just woke up 👀😂🙏

I have been guided to post the main channeled message on YouTube at 7:11 pm EST.
I asked for a significance in this number, and the message that came through is this:

"711 is a number that represents spirituality, learning and life purpose alignment. We (my higher self and Jesus) have chosen this number to represent the alignment of the energy of those....
listening to the messages that will come through.

Once they listen to the message, those who understand numerology will understand the number's relevance even deeper. Those who don't, we ask that you look up the meaning of 711 online from various sources.

Answer from Yehosh'ua (Jesus): My beloved Mary Magdalene and I had two children before the events that led to the crucifixion. Because we were not married yet, we were outcasts.

People stayed away from us in the markets. We weren't allowed to live in the city center.
Even my mother had difficulty accepting that we were not married.

Eventually, we did get marry. This celebration was not a traditional one. We did not marry through law nor church. We married each other in the eyes of God.
Our celebration was quite small yet very fulfilling. We did not need to align to the constructs of society in order to be happy with each other.

I was quite a rebel at the time, and that is one of the reasons Miriam loved me.

Answer from Yehosh'ua (Jesus): There are timelines in which this could occur. Whether they can happen or not depends on the collective.

How many of you are willing to let go? How many of you are willing to hold the vision of the life you desire with blinding trust?
Focus on the NOW moment. This is how you will be happy once again.

Release your worries to us, your angels, your higher self, the ascended masters. We are here to help you, but you must ask for help. We cannot interfere due to free will.
The reason the world finds itself in chaos now is because of the collapse of all that doesn't belong.

Do not focus on the past nor the future. Release those burdens. Be in the present moment and you will flourish.

I had two lives as Emperor of Atlantis. I have led the life of Mary Magdalene, my beloved wife and mother of my children, as well as the life of Moses.
I was also incarnated as Joseph, King David, Apollonius of Tyana.

One of my fractals is incarnated as a young girl named Mahika, in India. In her small town, she is spreading my teachings through channeled messages.
My favorite incarnations are that of children. There is much love that you can bring to the world through a child, especially children who are destined to leave this dimension early.

Answer from Yehosh'ua (Jesus): You can create your heaven on Earth at any moment. Believe and feel that you are already there. This will help you manifest it upon your individual reality.

Right now, while the collective is in a state of energy, individuals are in others.
There are some who have already reached a state of 5D, what many consider heaven on Earth. There are others, who while their physical bodies are in 4D, still find themselves in the mindset of 3D.

All is based on choice, dear one. You have the power to jump into this new reality.
Trust yourself and continue moving forward in your journey. You are in the right path, as so is everyone reading these messages. I know who you are.
