A simple technique to help your family members and yourself get past low vibrations and ascension symptoms is by clearing their energies.
This technique works because you connect with their higher self and ask permission. Their higher self will usually agree to this healing.

Relax in a comfortable space. Take a few deep breaths and move into your meditation by asking to connect to your kids, family members, etc.
Make sure to name them individually. You can even do this for yourself.
At this point, you should be able to see them within your mind.

Trust that you are only connecting with light beings. Within the visualization, call forth each of their higher selves to stand behind them.
Ask permission from the higher self to do this healing for the benefit of all. I haven't had one higher self say no yet.

Ask each person's higher self to remove all negativity, low vibrations or anything holding your children or family members back in a counterclockwise motion.
See these energies leave their bodies through the crown of their heads.

Once it's all removed, ask their higher self to fill the void where these energies were with unconditional light and love in a clockwise motion.
See this energy come into their bodies through the top crown. Once this is finished, they should be lighting up like a bulb lol

This is how you know it's completed replacing energy. Now take the energy of their aura and expand it until it all becomes flashing white light where you can't even see their bodies anymore.
Say thank you to each of their higher selves and yours if you're doing it for you.

I love this technique because you don't have to ask anyone directly if they want the healing and even if their conscious self thinks you're nuts or doesn't agree to it, the higher self has power in co-creation.

If at any point, the higher self says no, then trust that this is for the best. Sometimes the person has to go through the symptoms or suffering to reach a point of evolution that's necessary, but that's rare as we don't have to suffer to get there.
