It’s not clear how Dr. Sean Conley has determined Trump will no longer need to isolate only 10 days after symptom onset.

Looks like the CDC Guidelines say Trump should be in the category that needs to isolate for 20 days after symptom onset.👇

2. Fauci on Thursday used a (test-based) approach, in which case, per Fauci:

Trump needs to isolate for 10 days after symptoms RESOLVE (not symptoms onset) and then two negative tests.

Note: based on his coughing on Hannity last night, Trump’s symptoms haven’t resolved yet.

The CDC "had a contact tracing team ready to go...but had NOT been asked to mobilize."

Dr Conley:

"The White House medical unit, in conjunction with the collaboration with CDC and local state health departments, are conducting all contact tracing per CDC guidelines."
2. WaPo also casts doubt on Dr. Conley's claim that the White House has engaged "local state health departments" in contact tracing.

WaPost: "Officials in Minnesota, Ohio and New Jersey, where Trump held events in recent days, said they haven’t heard from the White House."

Breakthrough journalism on US support for Saudi #WarCrimes in #YemenWar (NYT @laforgia_ @ewong).

Implicates Obama and Trump administrations' support.

Key item:

Trump admin. dropped conditions on Saudis with big result: US officials became liable for those war crimes.

Inspector General August report showed the problem.
