The paleo folks can be the worst anti-vax, anti-maskers...modern infectious diseases are Neolithic my dears. They had parasites in hunter-gatherer times, not swine flu.
Most epidemic diseases are a result of agriculture, viruses and bacteria jumping from domesticated herd animals to herded humans. Small pox, measles, tuberculosis, flu, coronavirus...we can go on and on.
I love a lot of the ideas from paleo and ancestral health but it’s not cosplay, it’s a baseline to generate hypothesis which may be wrong, and that’s okay. Your shingles are not paleo.
