So I screwed up the previous tweet, and deleted it (I rarely delete, but it was totally opposite of what I meant...).

So...my point is this is not enough to vote for Trump. At least not for me.

Now, all of this goes up in flames if Biden is going to stack the court and end the filibuster; one reason I think people should force him to answer those questions.

But if ACB is confirmed, then most of these things are going to be protected...

1. Gun Rights
2. Free Speech
3. Abortion
4. Religious Liberty
5. Election laws

Now, if Dems stack the court, we are in a banana republic, in which case we have far bigger problems, one that no one person will solve.

But assuming not, then the Court at least should protect most of these, at least with the status quo.

Now, if you still want to vote Trump feel free. I can understand the argument. But overall, if ACB joins Alito, Roberts, Thomas, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh on the court, I think conservatives in general can rest a little easier.
