It was docked on the west side of Manhattan on Sunday.

Guo Wengui’s yacht, Lady May, appears to be cruising as far out to sea as possible without crossing the 12-mile limit. If Lady May crosses the 12-mile limit, the @USCG can intercept it. Why is Guo’s yacht so far out to sea at night along that limit? @USCGNortheast

The last reported location of yacht Lady May was as shown on the map at 20:54 UTC, which was 7 hours ago. It was traveling at 13.2 knots or about 15 mph, so it could be a hundred miles away by now.

No change in reported location of Guo Wengui’s yacht Lady May, callsign ZDGQ9. The transponder apparently was turned off at 20:54 UTC (3:54 PM Eastern) yesterday, while the vessel was underway at 13.2 knots just within the 12-mile international water limit off Atlantic City NJ.

Lady May location last reported at 13:45 EST today off Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, heading south at 10 knots.

Tracker says that Guo Wengui’s Lady May, callsign ZGDQ9, might be out in the open sea, which means beyond the 12-mile limit and outside US territorial waters. She was last tracked over an hour ago off the North Carolina Coast. @USCGSoutheast

1) In his October 5 video, Guo Wengui (Miles Guo) inadvertently described what appears to be the command structure of his campaign to harass, terrorize, and "kill" his opponents worldwide.

He began by referring to @BobFu4China, who is now under police protection in Texas....

2) He named many of his targets in the US and around the world, including Pastor Bob Fu and me, calling us "thieves."

He called his harassment and terrorization campaign the "global thief terminator movement."

Police and federal agencies got interested in that...

Guo Wengui then called us Communist agents.

He said we must be "punished" under his New Federal State of China group, which he founded with Steve Bannon. @francesmartel @aviswanatha
