The ICO is now re-analyzing the servers after I sent the data given to me on camera by @Channel4News which was much more expansive than what SCL provided and yet matches descriptions of Cambridge Analytica data perfectly, including exact data broker sources and other aspects.

It was never about psychographics. It was about a massive breach of the UK Data Protection Act, by unfairly creating political profiles of US voters in UK territory, without consent or data rights, which was UNLAWFUL. But the press, pundits, and academics never registered this.

Only recently have we learned the result of that referral. So please stop suggesting that Cambridge Analytica was a non-story, or a conspiracy theory, or any of the various ways folks try to downplay it. That is itself a form of falsity and distortion. gov.uk/government/new…
