A mass gathering has formed at Southwest Park Avenue and Southwest Madison Street, where some are trying to pull down a statue with a chain. To those taking part: anyone involved in criminal behavior, including vandalism, is subject to arrest or citation. (continued)
Failure to adhere to this direction may subject you to citation, arrest, and crowd control agents including but not limited to tear gas and impact weapons.
Portland Police will adhere to a prohibition on use of CS gas, but a warning using the general term "tear gas" is required by state law.
We have gotten reports of windows being broken in numerous buildings. The gathering has been declared a riot.
To those marching downtown: this has been declared a RIOT. All persons must immediately disperse to the NORTH. Failure to adhere to this order may subject you to arrest, citation, or crowd control agents, including, but not limited to tear gas and impact weapons.

A gathering has developed outside of North Precinct. Drivers in the area of NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd and NE Killingsworth St please be cautious. Most in the crowd are dressed in all black and may be difficult to see.
To those gathered near North Precinct: North Precinct property, including parking lots and landscaping, as well as NE Emerson St between NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and NE 6th Ave is closed to the public at this time. (continued)

A mass gathering has come together in Laurelhurst Park. To those gathered there, you do not have a permit to march in the streets, any movements need to be done on the sidewalks while following traffic control devices. If you march in the street, (continued)

There is a gathering in Kenton Park and learned that it was the initiation point of a planned unpermitted march. Participants were seen wearing body armor and helmets. Officers observed shields and moved in to take them for safekeeping before they could be used.
Objects were thrown at officers. At least two people have been arrested.
To those gathered at or near Kenton Park: the roadways near Kenton Park remain open to vehicular traffic. Immediately vacate the roadway and proceed to the nearest sidewalk or into Kenton Park.

A gathering has formed at North Precinct, blocking all lanes of traffic on Northeast Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard south of Northeast Killingsworth Street. Drivers in the area please use caution.
To those gathered at North Precinct: You are not to enter the property of North Precinct. Southeast Emerson Street is closed between NE MLK and NE 6th Ave. If you enter the property, you are trespassing and subject to arrest, citation, and/or the use of crowd control munitions.
Portland Fire and Rescue has determined that the fire in Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard is a danger to the community. Move away from the fire to the SOUTH so firefighters can come in and extinguish the fire. Move to the south now.

Portland Police are making loudspeaker announcements reminding people marching near Ventura Park to remain on sidewalks and obey all laws. The march is unpermitted. Portland Police encourage lawful demonstrations.
