1/ Myxoid NFs are an uncommon variant (~10% of cases).

2/ Genitourinary NFs are also uncommon with the bladder being the most common site of involvement.

3/ There is no increased association with type 1 neurofibromatosis (NF-1).

pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/17362838/
4/ Most NFs are solitary and not usually associated with NF-1, however ones occurring in deep soft tissue locations esp axial, can occasionally be.

5/ Check out the below article (look at the date!).

6/ There are a number of variants of NF. Plexiform NFs are generally considered pathognomonic of NF-1 and have a risk of malignant transformation.
7/ Lastly, in the bladder (+/- female) a number of DDx could be entertained with myxoid morphology:

Examples include (and not limited to):

Rhabdomyosarcoma
Postoperative spindle nodule
Leiomyoma
Aggressive angiomyxoma
