(remember, 5% is really the line we really don't want to cross)

Bottom line
We're officially in territory we haven't been in... in months...
It's not the end of the world. Still manageable numbers for hospitals.
But I'd expect to hear cities/counties start to reconsider some options soon.

That's up from 2-3 a month or so ago, but well below where we were in April (when it was 30+)
