I go to Iceland on a frequent basis to do my shopping.
For a number of days I have seen someon parked in Watney Market and they appear not to be doing anything but just parking.

Today I someone reverse into Watney Market and reverse back which is dangerous as there are a lot of people there and there is a COVID testing centre and they prevented disabled access.
The driver may have missed people who or she could not see easily.

I than asked 2 men standing nearby what the driver was doing and they told me that he was making deliveries and that he was a trader and it was none of my business.
Which was not true as the driver came and went without doing anything.
I did not tell those men that it is my business as Watney Market is public property.
Why would someone lie about this?
What are the council doing to enforce the parking regulations?

I phoned the council who told me to email parking.enforcement@towerhamlets.gov.uk
