"No one has yet decided on the name for the force that has come to unseat liberalism. Some say it’s 'Social Justice.' The author Rod Dreher has called it 'therapeutic totalitarianism'.”
"At some point, it will have a formal name, one that properly describes its mixture of postmodernism, postcolonialism, identity politics, neo-Marxism, critical race theory, intersectionality, and the therapeutic mentality."

The news cycle in the short term memory of politics. History is the medium term equivalent. The incalculable current of causality is the longest term and remembers everything.
"Clinton actually did what she accused Trump of doing: She colluded with Russians ... in order to damage Trump’s campaign and cinch the election for herself."

The fact these friends, neighbors and relatives is a mystery to him, explicable only by invoking mass hypnosis. The svengali alternative media has these poor souls in their thrall.
How the alternative media can outpersuade the prestigious, slick and powerful flagships of American journalism is never explained. It's as if the SS Minnow sank the Yamato.
