Micheline Pollock, the former CEO of construction company & US military contractor Dover Vantage, was indicted for fraud related to humanitarian and military construction projects across Africa.
DOJ didn’t specifically mention when the fraud occurred, but Dover Vantage won USACE and NAVFAC contracts between 2011 and 2018 to build things such as a military plane hangar in Niger and a maternity ward & school for the deaf in Togo. Image

I don’t know if his account was truly hacked or not, but I want to know if he reported it to law enforcement/@FBI.

If not, why not?

Can anyone read this whole article to see if he reported it? Its paywalled, so I can’t read the whole thing.
Just saw this. CSPAN reported that the Commission on Presidential Debates is looking into it with help from authorities. It doesn’t say what authorities, though.
