Micheline Pollock, the former CEO of construction company & US military contractor Dover Vantage, was indicted for fraud related to humanitarian and military construction projects across Africa.

DOJ didn’t specifically mention when the fraud occurred, but Dover Vantage won USACE and NAVFAC contracts between 2011 and 2018 to build things such as a military plane hangar in Niger and a maternity ward & school for the deaf in Togo.

Pollock isn’t in custody in the US yet, but was arrested in Tbilisi, Georgia a couple weeks ago and she’s waiting extradition.
