-$1.2 million went to the Trump Org
-$100k to the Trump Foundation
-$500k to Trump-connected charities, including 4 that paid to host golf tournaments on Trump courses
Forbes reported this story about Eric Trump in 2017, but most Americans have never heard of it.

There have been dozens of one-time reports about Trump kids, including Ivanka and Trump Jr, profiting off the presidency since 2017, but they all fizzle out.

It's telling that some outlets, 2 weeks before the election, are chasing stories about Hunter Biden that they know come from Russian disinfo campaigns like the one that got Trump impeached—and even publishing texts he sent from rehab.
But Trump's kids, some with roles in the White House, have never received sustained scrutiny.

Remember the story about Ivanka Trump running a private email server from inside the White House? Hillary's big 2016 "scandal"?

If the media wanted a negative story about Biden, there's plenty in his record on issues to examine and ask him about and to criticize.

But some outlets, including ABC, have chased the Hunter Biden story despite knowing it came from a Russian disinfo campaign. Sexier, I guess.
Then there is Ivanka's husband, Jared Kushner, a White House employee. We know from reports that he has used WhatsApp to discuss national security matters with his BFF—the Saudi Prince Crown Prince behind Khasshogi's murder. But no sustained reporting. cnn.com/2019/03/23/pol…
Those are a few of many examples of stories about Trump's kids that never got the scrutiny they deserved and were not based on a known Russian disinformation campaign.

Instead, the stories in mid-October 2016 are about Hunter Biden—who didn't work for the US govt under Biden.

NEW: White Mississippians are now the primary drivers of #COVID19 infections & deaths.

It's a stunning reversal. Early on in the pandemic, Black Mississippians accounted for ~60-70% of cases & deaths.

Now, cases are growing 2x as fast among white people.

The national press' sudden obsession with court packing is interesting.

Where was that interest when McConnell blocked all of President Obama's federal court nominees from 2015-2017, allowing Trump to inherit 100 vacancies and pack the courts with (mostly white male) GOP picks?
The press knows why Biden and others aren't answering the question, "Will you pack the courts?"

The courts are already packed with white men that McConnell ensured Trump would be able to pick when he blocked Obama's nominees. 2/
McConnell's blocking of Obama's nominees in 2015-2017 left so many vacancies that Donald Trump (who lost the popular vote by 3 million) appointed more judges in one 4-year term than Barack Obama (who won by 10 million in 2008 and 5 million in 2012) did in 8 years. 3/
