She is depicted with four hands.Carries lotus flowers in her upper two hand,holds baby #Skanda in one of her right hands and keeps the other in #AbhayaMudra.She sits on a lotus flower hence also known as Goddess #Padmasana.
Praying her purifies the hearts and helps attaining universal salvation.Maa #Skandmata is also known as '#GoddessofFire’ because of her power to protect people from evil powers.

Devotees offer Banana and/or any other fruit as bhog to Maa.

Prop up a number of pillows on the bed
Lie on your side with your head placed on the topmost pillow.
Head and neck should be properly supported with your knees to remain bent.
2. #Forwardleansitting:
Sit on a chair,lean gently and slightly forward to rest your arms on your lap.
If you have a table in front of you, then you can lean forwards from the waist to rest your head and neck on the table with the help of a pillow or cushion if needed.
