First day of #Navratri is known as '#Pratipada' and the most important ritual on 'Pratipada' is '#Ghatasthapana' or the'#KalashSthapana'. #DrikPanchang says goddess governs the moon- provider of all fortunes. She cleans dregs from the hearts of her worshippers
Pictorial depiction shows -she holds the #Trishul(trident) 🔱in the right hand, a pink lotus in the left, a crescent adorns her forehead.
Since she is mounted on a bull #Nandi, her #vahana, she is also referred to as #VrishaRoodha. In her previous birth, she was #Sati, the daughter of King Daksha.
It is believed that the first day of Navratri should begin with the 'Halwa-puri bhog'. Devotees also offer batashe, pan and kaale chane to Goddess Shailputri.
Maa shailaputri aarti mantra - ॐ देवी शैलपुत्र्यै नमः॥ (Om Devi Shailaputryai Namah॥)🙏

On 3rd day of #Navaratri, Maa #Durga is worshipped in the form of #Chandraghant Devi, called the Goddess of spiritual and internal power, and embodies serenity.
After a marriage, Lord Shiva adorned the Goddesses #Parvati forehead with a Chandra made from chandan. This is the reason due to which she is known as #Chandraghanta.
She has ten arms and three eyes, with Shiva’s crescent moon on her forehead. She has golden complexion and is ready for war.
She wears a mala of bells which terrifies demons, as they attempt the silencing of bells, of articulation.

In #postcovid patients managing the #cough, clearing it out properly is a big part of the recovery process that every #COVID19 patient has to go through.
For PostCovid wali "khaasi", let's see if this could be of any help👇
Among the 3 categories of COVID patients (severe, moderate ,mild), plasma therapy is suggested for patients who have been moderately infected.Patients with mild condition often recover easily themselves, whereas the chances of recovery in a severely-infected patient are slim.
When one contracts an infection, especially a viral infection, their recovery depends on the production of antibodies to fight the antigen ( which in the current case, is COVID-19). These antibodies are present in the recovered person’s blood for a few weeks aftr recovery.
During my #Covid duty days one common concern has been raised frequently about whether mothers with #COVID19 can transmit the #SARSCoV2 virus to their infant through #breastfeeding.
So here is my take on this👇hope it help on clearing the air to some extent🙂
Recommendations on #mother_infant contact and #breastfeeding must be based on a full consideration of not only of the potential risks of #COVID19 infection of the #infant, but also the risks of morbidity associated with not breastfeeding,
the inappropriate use of #formula_milks, as well as the protective effects of skin-to-skin.Even the #WHO recommends that diseased mothers should be encouraged to continue to breastfeed and should be counselled that ..
