1) So, this is actually a fair point here, I'm going to grant this is a very fair point.

She breaks character for one minute and acts nice to ACB, which causes her purity spiraling shithead colleagues to attack her.

Keep in mind, the CA Democrats refused to endorse her in 2018.
2) However, as fair as that point is, I am fresh out of fucks to give.

Behold, my field where I farm my fucks.

See that it is barren.

It is so barren, I'm having to lease it out to a retirement home for aged GOP Senators where they can safely frolic under the sun.
3) The fact of the matter is, the GOP is dragging its heels on FISA abuse, spygate, social media bias, and a multitude of other raw abuses of civil liberties and American ideals because they either a) get a fuckton of money from those groups or b) want to take control of them.
4) All the corruption, the bullshit that we're hitting Biden for?

I have absolutely no doubt every Senator has their own family member or close associate who acts as a middle man selling access through dummy corporations.

My point?

The ACB confirmation is a FUCKING DISTRACTION
5) Wedge issues are FUCKING DISTRACTIONS.

THE MSM IS A FUCKING DISTRACTION.

Social Media is a FUCKING DISTRACTION.

Washington DC is too corrupt to save, and they have their literal gestapo, the FBI, who is demonstrably beyond accountability that protects Senators.
6) Maybe the Dems are going to push Feinstein out for good.

Good.

Don't replace her. Leave her seat empty.

Then take out Grassley next.

Then another Democrat.

Then another GOP.

Stop replacing these corrupt motherfuckers.
7) The only time the Senate acts with any alacrity is when its fucking us over royally. And when they DO something that seems reasonably OK, it's done so hilariously incompetently that it fucks things over worse anyways.

Funny story I found out about the PPP:
8) The Feds JUST released the forms for businesses to apply for forgiveness for the PPP loans.

The banks that gave out all the PPP loans? They expected the first round of loans to have been forgiven already, and to have been reimbursed by the Feds already for handling the loans.
9) Problem: A LOT of the businesses, due to the INSANE LEVELS OF UNCERTAINTY because they had no idea if they were going to be shut down or not, if they were going to be able to FUNCTION or not, had to behave rationally, and immediately deposited the PPP money back into the banks
10) This WOULDN'T have been a problem normally, but banks are now having to pay interest on billions of dollars of deposits that companies are too cautious to spend, because the media and the Dems keep hyping up threats of lockdowns if they win.
11) If the uncertainty had been relieved the spending windfall would have been a net gain for everyone, if the Feds had nailed down how PPP loan forgiveness would function earlier banks could have been compensated and thus could afford to pay the interest.
12) As ANOTHER side note, the massive amount of deposits would normally be great for banks thanks to fractional reserve allowing them to loan out the money, BUT EVERYONE'S TOO SCARED TO TAKE OUT A BUNCH OF LOANS RIGHT NOW.

BECAUSE UNCERTAINTY IS A FUCKING THING.
13) Why is the Fed dragging its heels?

Because the fucking SENATE, yes, the SENATE, CANT MAKE UP ITS DAMN MIND ON IF ITS DOING ANYTHING.

Fuck parties, all it takes is someone saying, 'we can't agree on changes so none will be made', and they could resolve the uncertainty TODAY.
14) You want economic advice?

If the election is decided on election night for Trump, we are going to see the biggest economic boom ever as fucking EVERYONE breaths a sigh of relief and starts SPENDING MONEY.

THIS is what Trump's strategy is.

Cobble together 270 EVs NOVEMBER 3
15) And do you know what the Senate will be doing then?

CAUSING MORE UNCERTAINTY.

That's what the ACB confirmation battle is about, causing more uncertainty.

You think the GOP CAN'T control its Senators? It can just fucking cut the wishy-washy fuckers checks. But it won't.
16) They're going to hype up the drama and the uncertainty all the day to a week before the election, and there will be one more curve ball the Dems throw that the GOP, after all these years of letting them throw curveballs, will allow again, and then laugh in our fucking faces.
17) "Every election is a sort of advance auction sale of stolen goods."

-Mencken

I want 4 more years of Trump, if only so we can make these grifting asshole Senators to scream louder so we can identify and prioritize the most troublesome for ear- fuck it, BELATED retirements.

1) Let's do some math.

No, Caroline Biden is not the niece Hunter was banging. Caroline Biden is his cousin, she's the daughter of Joe Biden's brother.

She's also 17 years younger than Hunter.

In 2013, she was 26, Hunter was 43, and the family $$$ guy

2) I mean $$$ guy in that the corruption schemes were all flowing through him.

Which means the payoffs and assorted cash airdrops keeping Caroline Biden out of jail were probably from Hunter.

Who, it seems based on new evidence, has a thing for teenage girls.
3) When Caroline Biden was in her teens, Hunter was in his 30's.

They were cousins, and while Joe was a Senator, his brother (Caroline's father) ran the corruption scheme $$$.

I think there was some cousin loving happening here. And that fucked Caroline up badly.

1) Here’s what no one’s saying yet:

The State Department not only knew, but they were up to their ears in the scheme, facilitating the meetings and clearing the way for international travel by the big players in the Biden pay for play ring.
2) Doughboy Vindman being offered positions in Ukraine’s government? That was just part of the kickback schemes. Yovanovich was going to be getting cushy ambassador spots for her part. People were going to get upper level cabinet positions so they could get a cut.
3) Wait for it. Just fucking wait.

The billions getting dropped into Ukraine were going to the same people paying Hunter millions to get access to then-VP Biden. Ukraine was their fucking money tree that kept growing nonstop. The State Department KNEW where the money was going.

1) Aaaaaand more keeps dropping.

See, it’s funny. Trump supporters knew all about Hunter, and it was extremely relevant to the election as Hunter’s actions while Joe was VP was just a preview of what would occur if Joe was the president.
2) Meanwhile, the WORST the Dems could come up with wasn’t even against Ivanka and Jared, who were in the fucking White House, but instead a 15 minute meeting that was clearly a Fusion GPS and State Department setup, a meeting which was a waste of time per everyone’s testimony.
3) Twitter promoted the absolute FUCK out of one, and is now censoring the other.

It’s funny, really.

Seriously, I’m LAUGHING. It’s clown world all the way down, for 2 reasons.

First, the censoring of the story became the story, and it became a much larger story.

1) Thinking they were winning WI, PA, and MI is precisely the mindset that lost Hillary the election.

I’m not picking on this guy, why Trump’s holding rallies there is a legit question to ask.

And the answer is simple: strategery.
2) Sometimes, the path to victory is not furthering your own path, but fucking up the opponent’s path.

What do Iowa, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina have in common?
3) They are Harris- I mean, Biden’s path to victory.

Assume you know what your opponent’s gameplan is, in this case Harri- fuck, did it again. Assume you know Biden’s plan. Assume you’re ahead comfortably. What do?

It’s not called for by the 25th amendment. It takes a law to establish such a body per the 25th amendment, AND PENCE STILL NEEDS TO SIGN OFF. A House commission requires neither a law to be passed nor does a commission have any power, statutory, regulatory, symbolic, or otherwise
This fucking behavior is the behavior of people that have no idea how to properly interpret the fucking constitution.

Seriously.

It says, straight up, it takes Pence and a majority of the cabinet OR Pence and a body established by congress in law.

A House Commission is neither
AND BOTH REQUIRE PENCE.

PENCE WON’T SIGN OFF ON THIS.

That’s a fucking amendment to the constitution. Love it, hate it, its there, and it is the word of fucking GOD, not a rough draft scribbled on a bathroom wall by some House intern saw between cocaine fueled benders.

1) Alright, fuckos. I'm starting to get pissed off.

Because apparently whenever the 25th amendment is brought up people feel the innate desire to become retarded.

When Pelosi recovers from her alcohol induced coma for 5 minutes to do some meaningless gesture, the same happens.
2) I'm going to lay this out as simply as I can.

The House creates commissions.

Commissions are collections of House Members, private citizens, or a mix of both.

They have exactly zero power. None. Nada. Jack Diddly Fucking Shit. NOTHING.
3) Do you know what else a commission doesn't have?

Any influence over the Senate.

Sure, they can include Senators. But they can't compel membership. Membership in a commission does not excuse or take priority over any other duties. And the Senators have even LESS power in them
