I don’t talk about this much. But I think it’s important I do. My daughter has epilepsy since she was 6 months old. Abnormal eeg. Located the foci. In 2004, December we first went to the ER at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, TX. 1/
The facility and the medical center in Houston is one of the best in the world. People literally come from all over the world to be treated in Houston, TX. We aren’t but 4 hours from Houston so that’s where we went. 2/
That night in the ER we were seen by the head of the pediatric neurology dept. He diagnosed her with epilepsy after hearing our description
He ordered an eeg and confirmed it. Over the years we have gone several times of years. Always getting prompt and expert service. That changed after 2010 when the affordable care act was passed aka Obamacare 4/
Now let me preface this and say that this facility is not just for people with insurance but for very poor people too. Medicaid helps 100,000s of patients each year. 5/
But since Obamacare the appointments are harder to get, the treatments take longer to schedule. And her neurologist during the early 2010s even said they had to cut the staff there directly because of Obamacare. 6/
Now she may have a second whatevs referred to as psychogenic non epileptic seizures. Which are now happening 3-5 times daily. We couldn’t get and appointment to be seen for months. At the same time she had wanted to go to the local high school instead of homeschool. 7/
This is where the real trouble started. The seizures became worse. She couldn’t do her school work. We had to do homebound through the special ed dept. 8/
it took months while waiting to get an at home 96 hr eeg. at one point after the eeg we drove to houston to the er and were told there was nothing they could do. to see her neurologist. Mirror that with the 2004 er visit. 9/
today we see her neurologist and get a second diagnosis and hopefully a prognosis. But in the meantime we have met roadblock after roadblock. 10/
the affordable care act hurt us. it hurts those on medicaid. And it has hurt the entire medical system in this country. soon we will be a one payer system and i have no clue what her future will be in the health are system. 11/
Obamacare made healthcare more expensive and harder to obtain for us. Im sure there are millions more like my daughter and family that have experienced something similar. 12/
If biden wins and does to the retirement system what Obama did to healthcare, well it’s social security for everyone. Which is the goal in socialism. Everything is fair because everyone is equally miserable. Dont vote for biden this election. -end

Today I reject the left’s premise. Call me whatever name you want: racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, capitalist, greedy, pious, judgmental, selfish. Call me them. They have no effect anymore. I don’t believe you.. 1/
I reject their premise that I am racist for my skin color, I don’t think I’m better than anyone else and I don’t think that subconsciously either! What is more racist, that I believe we all come from one man and are equal to God, or 2/
...that we evolved and some “races” are more developed than others. That’s ridiculous and that thinking led men like Hitler, Stalin, and Mao on a cleansing rampage. I look at my fellow man as an equal in nature. 3/

Why is it wrong to not see color? Why is it wrong to want to become one society not separated by race? We all come from one common ancestor. We all share one “blood.” We can have cultural differences. But why should we treat one better than another? 1/
How is holding any race on a pedestal any different than what a white supremacist believes? How does this not mirror a caste society?? 2/
The sycophants that are cow towing to this and saying yes we will give you universal health care, yes we will give you a living wage, yes we will defund the police, are the SAME ONES that ran Bernie Sanders out of the election! 3/

Since this movement has turned from police reform in confrontations with black Americans into literally not offending anyone at anytime I want to put in a request for the offense Hollywood and the media has put upon Christians in this country
1/
Christians are portrayed as the prudes, the villains, the dimwits, the ignorant, the callous, the vengeful, and any fault they can pin on a believer. Am I offended? Yes I am.
2/
I’m offended when Hollywood and the media mock us or show us disdain. But do I want them cancelled? Oh absolutely not. I do want to see the wretched underbelly that humans can become. I want to use it as a tool. 3/

Cancel culture, whether for a real offense or exaggerated offense, excludes the hope for redemption. Alfred Nobel invents dynamite but didn’t want to be known as the man that killed millions so he bequeathed his fortune to what is now the Nobel Prize.
The Slave Trader John Newton repented of his wicked life and became one of the Britain’s staunchest abolitionists, giving advice to Wilberforce who went on to abolish slavery in England. After Newton’s conversion he went on to write one of the most famous songs; “Amazing Grace”
Oskar Schindler helped in the invasions of Czechoslovakia and Poland. As a nazi party member he took advantage of the free workforce for his factory. Seeing his errors he bankrupted himself to save over 1200 Jews from the gas chamber.

Ok let me give you a Pharmacist’s information and take on Hydroxychloroquine and not make this biased or political in any way. Just the facts. Hydroxychloroquine will not kill you just from taking it. If you had a kidney disorder that could be a problem. If you are
1/
..taking a drug that it would interact with could cause QT prolongation. But taking it by itself at a dosage of 200-400mg daily is no where near a lethal dose. Now side effects could be something to be concerned of, but again they are uncommon. ...
2/
...one of the worse side effects being Retinopathy. Which in studies happened in 4% of the attendants. But even then it is reversible in the early stages. But if advanced it could be irreversible. To the question of if I think it works against covid. I do not know...

Few points on talking heads complaining about Hydroxychloroquine not being dispensed.
1. This is a state issue not a federal one. Pick which side you’re on!
2. Pharmacists can dispense Hydroxychloroquine with a positive covid test.
1/
3. Exchange of HIPAA information between medical offices is not a violation of HIPAA! If it was no medical personnel could do anything!
4. The reason the boards did this is because there are other people that use this drug for rheumatoid arthritis and lupus.
2/
5. Pharmacists are not political in the sense you think. We want what’s going to support our industry. If a doctor wants to prescribe something to a patient and it’s safe, we don’t care! We won’t money! We’re a business!
