There are two issues pertaining to DU results. One is not sticking to deadlines as prescribed in the Hon'ble High Court order and second being, marking students absent wrongly in the results, even those students who've received confidential results & no backlog certificate.1/n
University gavebitself a twenty days window to rectify the errors by a notification. This shouldn't have happened. If they keep delaying results declaration, then they'd be open to contempt proceedings. Keeping an eye on things & if things Don't improve, we'll apprise the Court.

Update: UGC sought adjournment based on the matter being lending before SC. We opposed the same since we have not challenged the UGC guidelines but only the OBE. The Court observed that it would like to see how SC deals with the matter as it may affect our case 1/n
Accordingly case has been listed for Thursday for argument on the main aspects of the case. However, since the new DU guidelines have created further problems & we were requested by students to apprise the Court of same, we did so. The Court asked DU to comply with earlier.. 2/n
Directions issued by the Court which DU hasn't done. Issue of CSC and exams at 7:30 was also important and hence raised. Court will take up this issue on Monday and wants to know of availability and preparedness of CSC s which is a valid inquiry on part of Court. 3/n
