Heard of corruption but RI, Khannager,Tehesildar Mr Sourav/ Addl. Tehesildar,Dasarathpur have replaced original application,all documents submitted for LHC of santosh Nayak,Darabha only to add name of one person taking bribe . They have forged signature of santosh in application

declaring santosh has submitted false documents and want to close the case. Where as we have personally handed over our documents, complaint to Tehsildar Mr Sourav and against Mt Satya, real incharge as RI, Khannager. We have sent all documents in watts up to Mr Satya, Mr Sourav,

Tehesildar, Additional Tehsildar , by message to collector, Jajpur, by mail to cM, CMO, CS, Odisha. Mr Satya has taken bribe of Rs800/-from santosh for applying. He is real Dalal/ agent and manipulating documents by taking heavy bribe with help of CSC, Mangalpur,All are involved.

Now they have rejected our Two LHC application (for father& mother) basing on forged application of santosh and have not attached documents sent to them. Mr Satya has added name of Umesh Nayak , adopted son of Kapil Nayak from birth inspite of adoption deed was in record with RI.

We have submitted Landpassbook, Aadhar,SLC,one sale deed of Umesh Nayak mentioning adoption deed Number,ID at Dehli to support our claim.Since we complained to collector against all they have rejected LHC fraudulently.All signatures are forged,came to know only after certified
