What I have recognised & given expression to above is no less profound & important than #Copernicus's recognition that the Earth is not stationary at the centre of the universe, but a wandering star (a planet) which orbits the Sun, like Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter & Saturn.

It is a very difficult & painful truth to recognise, because of the strong emotional attachment most people have to the state in equating it with their nation. Individuals who struggle with it - & most will - will need the sympathy & support of others.
However, it is vitally important that this truth is recognised & understood as quickly as possible. The very survival of our civilisation depends on it.

Breath deeply, regain calm, & then follow my advice:
Control your anger. There must he no violence towards others, oneself, animals or property. If you need to express your anger physically, do so in a harmless manner. Shout it out, find a punchbag or some alternative to hit.

Once we have our anger & confusion under control, we must face up to this reality & develop a proper, scientific, evo-socio-biological, understanding of it.
Every individual needs to belong to a nation, but a genuine nation, not a pseudo-nation like Britain or America.

We need Britain, America & other such states to continue enforcing the rule of law & non-violence. There is no question of abolishing them, anymore than we can abolish the police. But we don't need & shouldn't want them posing as nations they are not.
We need to start organising OURSELVES, peacefully, legally & grassroots-democratically into genuine tribes & nations, instead of leaving it to Big Brother & the Matrix of state & capital to do for us.
