1. The Battle for the Souls of the Nations.

We see the battle playing out on the streets of different Nations. The triggers for these battles varies from country to country.

A few days ago we witnessed this battle playing out on the streets of of Nigeria.

2. The world is in a state of convulsion

This is a titanic battle between good and evil.

John 10:10

This is a message to us about the state of the Nations now and what we do in response.

3. What do we do to ensure we align with God's plans for the Nations.

Matthew 6:10 NKJV

We believe by faith that the kingdom of God will come in the Nations.

James 2:17 [NKJV]

4. We pray that His will in Heaven be done here on earth but we don't just pray cause faith without works is dead.

Matthew 5:13-14 [NKJV]

We are expected to be change agents by our prayers and our actions.

It is our responsibility to bring light to darkness.

5. How do we do this?

* The place Rephidim - a place where they came against the enemy.

The Nations now are facing enemies and we see it all over the world with wicked governments.

There is an overwhelming drive towards wickedness and callousness. For us Rephidim is not just a place but times and seasons where battle lines are drawn.

* Choose some men & women.

These had to be soldiers skilled in battle cause it was a war & for us today there is a call for men & women.

It is a call to skilled men & women, in advocacy, technology etc.

It is shameful now not to put our skills to be used in this battle.

* Go out and fight.

There is a call to engage physically, write your MPs, senators, write on social media, speak etc.

Everyone of us has a voice, let your voice be heard.

There is a call to documents things, evangelise cause ultimately it's all about redemption.

9.

* Stand on the hill with the rod of God.

Natural things are first won spiritually.

For every believer, we are Joshuas and Moses'.

There are spiritual forces behind everything we see here on earth.

There is no battle on earth that is won without being won in the spiritual.

If we don't deal with the princes in the spirit in the place of intercession, our efforts here in the physical will amount to nothing. The prayers are travailing prayers.

There is a call to stand on the hill in the place of prayer - travailing, prevailing, sacrificial prayer.

It is not our prayer or our effort but our faith in God that brings the results.

The grace and mercy of the God of the bible.

True transformation always comes when a bunch of people commit themselves in the place of prayer.

Prayer is the key, the weapon.

We need to give God no rest until He makes our own Jerusalem a praise on earth.

* The connection between the prayers and the valley.

Efforts in the valley must be responded to by prayer on the Hill

Exodus 17: 10-11

We can never pray enough. It's all about God. His Spirit poured on ordinary people and caused a revolution.

* A unity in prayer.

A house divided against itself must fall. The enemy understands the power of a christian on their knees so he tries to divide the body of Christ.

They were united around one cause that the evil must stop and because of that the battle turned in the valley.

We must be one church. The enemy knows how to divide.

* Declare the prophetic Word.

We change the Nations by making decrees.

Our decrees are not empty words but the words of God .

He has given us authority and the power of life and death lies in our tongues so we must continue to declare over our Nations.

Let's understand that we are Kingdom citizens and we approach these things differently. We go with Kingdom values to the end.

This is a call to arms for us as children of God .

13. United in prayer for Nigeria: A call to Prayer & Action. Prayer walk TODAY 25th Oct. We meet up at Marble Arch at 3pm (Speakers Corner) & we walk to Nigerian High Commission. Pls do wear face masks , bring your sanitisers & observe social distancing. God bless you.
