As "depression" is the talk in India in modern times, it may also be a phenomenon we're importing in scale from the West. Western culture with isolating individualism and materialism with lack of connection, *results* in depression. This is what "progressives" in India push.
Both "capitalism" and "communism" are predicated on materialism, another superstition of Western "enlightenment."

"Progressives" in India attack the fabric of society and social cohesion. Of the 4 purusharthas, artha & kama are the only ones left. And they leave a void.

When he takes ignorance to the next level.

"Killing a cow" is not "blasphemy"—cows are rural wealth—go dhan. It's like someone broke into your home, stole gold. Cow rustlers are killed all over the world. If you want to be slightly better informed I'll attach a thread below.

So sugar is bad and fatty foods increase risk of heart disease. Banning sugar and fat will be good for health, save many lives. Shall we do it?

The forced marriage age debate is deeply tied to colonial prejudices about fixing "backward" Indians. US has marriage age as low as 14.
Next we can throw grocers in jail for selling sugar (maybe even hang them), parents for serving it to their children. All for their own good of course.

There is data that sugar is bad, it's not a perception. Shall we rule the country on statistics? Ban everything that is found statistically worse than another thing?

The false narrative is pushed by Abrahamic patriarchy—they fear India's Mother Goddess traditions so they pushed propaganda via sepoys—"Hindu worship goddess, but mistreat women."

The status of women in Hindu society is still among highest in the world, rape rate among lowest.
Here I take apart this propaganda. As women in the West are increasingly turning to Hindu spiritual traditions, starting from yoga, it challenges Christian patriarchy. Islam is built on control of women. These two gang-up to attack Shakti traditions.

sankrant.org/2014/12/rape-i…
When we challenged false narrative of India being the "rape capital" the global propaganda changed tactics. Since the data does not support it, they create a "survey" of the same narrative peddlers. Based on this "survey" they then declared India to be "most unsafe for women."

PK was an out and out Islamist film with a full-on attack on Hindu traditions, a subtle attack on Christianity, covered up with some very mild humor about Muslims.

Enough for members my family to say "it mocked everyone." No it didn't. Let me explain. 1/

Its core themes:

1. Murti puja is a fraud (with elaborate scenes of this). Why? Because it is a fraud by Islamic theology.

2. Gurus are a fraud (the biggest theme in the movie), using the concept of "wrong number." What is "wrong number"—you must not have partners of Allah.

2/
It also directly attacks and mocks Hindu symbols

1. It directly uses and mocks the singing of Om Jai Jagdish Hare, a popular element of Bhakti

2. It mocks and caricatures Shiva as an actor, showing him as a cowardly fraud.

It directly attacks symbols of no other religion.

Thousands rally in France after beheading of a teacher. PM Macron called out Islamic terror.

India buried news of Priya's beheading recently on refusing to convert to Islam. Kamlesh Tiwari's killer is free. PM @narendramodi didn't even mention either.

And Hindus are even more asleep... think it will happen to "someone else" not them. And if it happens in their locality, they'll just "flee." We have internalized cowardice today as "ahimsa."

Imagine an Indian education system geared to transmission of knowledge and natural apprenticeship-based learning.

This is an adaptation to State's #EnglishApartheid, where a child cannot learn to be a doctor in their language and serve their village.

I've been fighting for this for years, but the ones in power have turned a deaf year. Change can happen but the govt is itself obsessed with English. Even the #NEP has no focus on professional education in #IndianLanguages.

Instead what does our system do? It tell the child he or she cannot be a doctor using #IndianLanguages. To be a doctor one must go to medical school, which is only in English. One must spend lakhs and get "certified." And after that the doctor must charge lakhs to recover that.
