I have a lot to say on the protests and the events that followed so I'll just drop some of them here
1. I remember in 2014 when Chibok girls were kidnapped, Jonathan was at a PDP mega really in Kano(?) and there was no way he could have known anything was happening in Chibok
He had lost goodwill with me at that point but I remember wondering why he was getting a lot of blame as if he could have known anything of such would happen that day, it was a point against him then that he was dancing in Kano while girls were kidnapped and his response wasn't
prompt but guess what, he was the GCFR and CSO and there was no excuse he could give, he had to take all responsibility. Some of you bending over backwards today to blame everybody except the government for the events of the past week probably blamed Jonathan even on things he
couldn't control. We see you today and I just want you to know you are hypocrites

2. I remember for weeks @AishaYesufu and some other women camped on the streets in Abuja protesting and requesting that the government should rescue the girls. Those of you throwing shades at her
in the mosque about joining the protests and leading children to harm because protests are haram, I hope you did the same when she was protesting for the girls.I hope you reminded her and everyone who cared to listen that protests are haram. If you didn't,then you are hypocrites
3. I remember when some people were trying to link tribalism into Jonathan's dwindling popularity, Nigerians reminded them he was voted for massively in 2011 and we were aware of his status as an Ijaw man. Today, some of you who rejected that flawed point are raising it in
support of your fave. We see you and I want you to know you are hypocrites

4. From start to finish of the protests, some of you predicted doom, you inferred ulterior motives where there were none, rather than urge your faves to actually show their sincerity to work, you were more
concerned with getting protesters who did everything humanly possible to remain peaceful despite sponsored attacks off the streets. Your govt forcefully dispersed them finally but guess what, you gave those with ulterior motives the chance to come out, you played right into their
hands and they did come out. We can see the ruin all over the country. You people now turned around and decided to blame these same protesters for the destruction, with all sincerity, I say fuck you. Not everyone who criticize your faves hate them, you know there is no group
strong enough to overtake the govt, no protester came out with a political motive or any motive you guys came up with, the protests were sincere and the demands were clear. Did thugs come out during the protests and cause mayhem?, yes they did but they also attacked protesters
and their actions can't be attributed to protesters. Blame the government and their parents and ultimately them for that. You won't die if you tell yourselves the truth

5. I've come to realize that some of you do not hate that the country is this way, you just hate it when it's
not your people that are doing the running of the affairs of the country. I don't know about 2019 but in 2015, the support for Buhari was massive. People were hopeful, diff groups came out in support, every smear campaign was rejected. Even legit concerns were disregarded.
If people do not like him now, ask yourselves why and try to be truthful while at it

6. I feel it is very important to remind ourselves that the protests were peaceful. I at some point felt bad after all the killings and lootings and destruction but each time I remembere what
it felt like when the protests were going on, the joy, the hope, the kindness, the accountability, I do away with those doubts. Protesters remained peaceful throughout and there were things that could have been done better but none of those things would have prevented the events
of the past week. It would only have furthered our cause. The government and those who sponsored destruction have themselves and only themselves to blame for the destruction. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria. God bless Nigerians.
