In Lancashire

The Gov went separately to each council

And said

If you don't go into T3 lock down

We will give you nothing & inflict a hasher lockdown so you will be worse off than those who willingly accepted T3 lockdown, you have been warned

Tory ran Lancashire council says they have gotten at £42m injection of cash from the Government on condition of going into T3 lockdown

Here's where it gets extra NASTY!

Blackpool has been bullied, it would seem by both the Tory Gov and Tory run Lancashire council that if they didn't agree to T3, they wouldn't see a penny of the £42m

Blackpool is mostly pubs and clubs, 67% Furlough will ruins 100s of 1000s of lives
