Last year I had caught this from a description of the Fortress loan in a 2008 WSJ article which noted the loan of $130 million with the exit fee and interest could end up costing up to $360 million

I was informed that the Nov '16 partial release of $53.7 mil is actually the May 2016 repayment of $24 million , and there was a mistake in the cook county filing that showed $53.7 mil...
