5/ it doesn't appear to me that Bobulinski had any idea of potential Rosneft-CEFC when he was in Moscow to meet CEFC director Zang (whether the meeting was in June or July). More likely in August when he was already frustrated that promised capital hadn't arrived.
6/ the appearance of Rosneft deal in connection with Biden-associated CEFC adds another layer of deceit to Steele fraud and Mueller persecution in connection with Rosneft and Carter Page.
