What? Oh just compulsively checking on the early voting numbers and the latest tallies, like a crazy person.
“Ok well what if he gets PA but NOT Wisconsin but wins NE-2 and we don’t get Florida on Tuesday, do we still have a country? AND WHAT ABOUT TEXAS” - me fiddling with the interactive electoral map, again
“What do you mean there hasn’t been any fresh polling in [SWING STATE]? What are those assholes at Quinnipiac DOING TO MY LIFE?????”
“He’s campaigning where? WHAT DOES IT MEAN? IS THAT GOOD OR BAD? I. DONT. KNOW.”
10:02 “Ok I’m pretty sure it’s going to go this way”
10:03 “But what if I’m wrong?”
After 6 hours:
“Well I just have to project that the Libertarians win PA and then Arizona and NM declare independence, while MD and VA merge into a new state called Eastern Seaborg...”

the press in our country has a derangement. its dangerous.
"As President Donald Trump faces an uncertain future, so too does a fixture of the American political scene over the last five years: the Trump campaign rally, a phenomenon that has spawned friendships, businesses and a way of life for Trump’s most dedicated supporters."
as someone who has had to watch a ton of these, trump is hooked on them. he gets such a high from it.
i dont think this is any kind of indication of how the race is going. trump just loves these. he lives for it. it completes him. think about it: he's a giant narcissist and he has arenas full of people - exposed to a virus - screaming for him. loves it!
ive said this before, but my whole problem with this argument is - black people, latino people, asian people - we all lost the factory jobs during globalization, and yet... we didnt go all racist. but its used as an excuse w white people.
anyhow the biggest advice i can give you is to just say what you really believe, don't try to curry favor with any crowd or movement, don't just go along with an opinion cause its popular and feels good.
it won't always pay off, you might not be at the top of the world financially or personally, but it feels much better to be able to wake up every day and not have to act like a big-ass phony.
when it comes to this politics stuff, what i say is what i believe, nobody makes me say or believe anything. ive agreed with my bosses, ive disagreed with them, but my point of view is what it is. take it or leave it (most leave it, lol)
TFW you are being censored by your editor even though you have a major scoop on Joe Biden
"It has come to this reporters' attention that on multiple instances, Joe Biden entered his home and did not tell his doggos that they are 'good boys' this is vital information the public should receive before the election."
"My tyrannical editor, who I believe to be in the employ of the Biden campaign, has insisted that there is ample video and photo evidence of Biden praising his dogs, so my article would unfairly paint the Democratic nominee as anti-dog."
