Very large group here from Seattle to show solidarity for Kevin Peterson JR. Crowd is currently chanting “ACAB! All cops are bastards!” With a strong drum line

We approached a line of cops in their vehicles as we were marching. The crowd halted and officers announced that the bridge was closed. (It isn’t actually closed, they’re just fascists, allegedly)

Group took a break from chanting to sing and dance to “bella ciao”

While marching the group was met with federal officers lined up protecting this federal building

Dj fedrad just announced the facility is closed and that everyone must remain “ on the sidewalk or across the street” or be subject to arrest including press

At the Clark County Sheriffs office, detainees have turned on their lights and are banging their windows in support

“End the world for KP.”

The street lights all ominously turned off. Marching. 90% sure I just heard a gunshot

There’s a parade of police. For people who were attending a vigil... who are now at a park. But the parade of police were nowhere to be found when shots were fired!

Someone asked these people who are “backing the blue” if they’re deer hunting because of their camo. He responded “no elk hunting” and went on to mock activists about the sacred nightmare elk they stole from Portland. Audra Price is here

They just arrested two members of the press @MacSmiff and @DocLowKey and tried to arrest me too for not moving fast enough @DocLowKey was literally walking away

I’m out safely. It’s been a WEEK yo. So after those gunshots were fired we were really shaken up and ready to leave. @MacSmiff @Jahdi_ @DocLowKey and I were all catching a ride together. We were getting in the car right before i posted the tweet about the police parade. We stuck

Around for a bit because we couldn’t get out because all the police vehicles had us surrounded. Things got hectic with the chuds, there was the incident with the gun, all while there was a police line behind us (but the large group wasn’t near us)... one of our friends was on the

Corner where the police were. We were about to leave and @MacSmiff went to go grab our friend and @Jahdi_ went to deescalate an altercation with the RW. Doc & I went towards Mac and after he was arrested they took Doc as he was walking AWAY... it all happened so fast.

I’m not surprised that the police and feds did nothing about the shooter and people pointing guns but I am still furious, especially considering they arrested two journalists, one of which is a known activist and both of which are BIPOC 🤬 tonight was a vigil for a Black Man who

was murdered by the police, and instead my thread has been primarily about right wing violence and harassment, including from the cops to cap the night.

They destroyed the beautiful display from the vigil. As if tonight wasn’t enough. What do you even call this atrocious behavior? This is incredibly disgusting and I’ve reached my limit for the night.
