R u wondering y r ppl in such heightened emotional state since last 2-3 days?
It's the 2nd full moon in a month--a blue moon.

Remember this yr MAHALAYA ws 35 days ahead of it’s usual time?
This ws done to accommodate extra month-- Mahamas.
Last time it happened in 2001.

USA--3000 ppl wr killed & 30,000 injured in 9/11 attacks.
India-- 20,000 ppl killed in Gujarat earthquake.

So yes when Mahalaya is adjusted, it is usually an inauspicious year-- that which brings an end to the cycle.

Bck to Ms Moon--
Moon is a feminine energy, it's associated with ur emotions & this is exactly why the word LUNATICS is derived frm LUNA/Lunar~ Moon.

So what do we see around us?
Ppl behaving in erratic ways.

As I understand it-- when too much of toxic masculinity meets a burst of feminine energy, ppl find themselves in very disturbed state of mind.

Each one of us has some bit of masculine energy & feminine energy. The concept of Ardha Narishwara is based on this.

Moon causes ppl to act emotionally due to the heightened feminine energy in 'em.

Every article on BLUE MOON will tell u that it hs nothing to do with colour BLUE, fact is modern definition of BLUE MOON is wrong.
Blue is colour associated with KRISHNA.
This is also y waning moon happens in KRISHNA PAKSHA and black part of eyeball is called KRSIHNA MANI.

Navratri is a period when we get easy access to the energies of SARASWATI, LAXMI & DURGA Devi. A period when feminine energy is high. This is when we move to DEVIPAKSHA.
Add to it the fact that there 2 full moons in a month.
