This weekend, pro-Trump MAGA supporters will be driving around the US in large convoys, including here in New York. While some of these convoys are planning to drive to a larger meetup in Rockland County (route TBD), some have planned on coming to Manhattan.
Car attacks against BLM protesters have occurred with horrifying frequency since May. In September, the local MAGA creeps rammed their car through a crowd of protesters in Times Square--injuring many.
But in recent days we've also seen these MAGA convoys used against Democrats. Here is a MAGA convoy ambushing a Biden/Harris campaign bus on its way to Austin, Texas on Friday--attempting to stop the bus or run it off the road.

The thing about right wing or state violence is that it never only targets one group. You may think "I'm not a BLM protester or antifa," and yet you may still find yourself pepper-sprayed by police or targeted by a car flying a Blue Lives Matter flag.
These MAGA convoys enjoy impunity and also get help and support from the cops. For the October 4th convoy from Long Island to Trump Tower, Shawn Farash, one of the organizers of this Sunday's "MAGA DRAG", discussed the help he received from the police:
This Sunday's MAGA convoy has quite a few starting locations-- including Jacob Riis Park. It apparently also has "full police support, top to bottom". How very "apolitical" of the NYPD. 🤔
This "full police support, top to bottom" is very curious, considering these bootlickers' disregard of their precious law and order: "Everybody tape up your plates, run the lights, have a party."
Last Sunday, NYers confronted a far-right Trump Rally and car convoy that was fully protected by the NYPD--who allowed Trump supporters to run through police lines to attack counter-demonstrators and run back when people defended themselves.

During unprecedented mass protests in response to draconian abortion restrictions in Poland, fascists are attacking protesters. Here you see them rushing the crowd and shooting flares in people's faces.

Ignoring a fascist today means having them on the streets tomorrow.
We used the word 'unprecedented' because of the scale of the response, with 1000s of people on the streets for days, with church services disrupted. But there have been many protests by women, LGBTQ people, radicals, & allies in Poland. It's not new.

Every single group on the left must come up with a plan to deal with fascists gloming onto the anti-war movement. Fascists and the far-right must be removed wherever and whenever they show up. Nazis out. Always.
Just like this:

There is no room for fascists or the far right in any of our movements. They are the only ones who benefit and everyone else loses.

Populism or any kind of "red-brown alliance" gives fascists breathing room to grow, and the opportunity to recruit and corrupt.
