5) Essential details regarding chemistry results were withheld from the final report whilst new evidence was fabricated, all to create a false impression that it had been confirmed chlorine gas was identified at the alleged attack scenes 
6) Engineering analysis which indicated that the chlorine cylinders had not been dropped from helicopters was also suppressed. For example, evidence that this cylinder could not have caused the observed damage at location 2 was ignored
7) whilst no adequate explanation was provided as to how the cylinder at Location 4 broke through a ceiling and then performed an implausible side ways bounce to land on a bed
