I made tweet on 5 July about CA exams being postponed in Nov. session. Now, they start from 21 Nov., a date OUTSIDE Jupiter-Pluto planetary war [that runs b/w 5-20 Nov]. So, high chances that they will be conducted.

From 21 Nov to 12 Dec, no such condition is seen that can lead to postponement of exams, so just like JEE and NEET, they would be conducted, "if not" postponed further before 21 Nov.

Someone asked a very good question - Does a planetary war involving Pluto always result in postponing?
The answer is NO. Pluto impacts masses - and planetary war merely increases intensity of events, makes them critical. So, decisions/events that impact masses can come.

The events/decisions do not have to be necessarily negative, but they are critical. So if avoidable, they should be avoided, and if not, they should be accepted as will of Vidhata. But do not forget the word "masses". The masses could mean a small or/and big group.
