This is news to the New Hampshire Bar Association and the Federal Bar for the District of New Hampshire, both of which I belong to—as a lawyer—and to which I pay dues. And I ran one of the most popular election news websites in the U.S. in the mid-2000s—up to 25,000 visitors/day.
NOTE1/ What folks are confused about is the "November Nightmare" scenario Trump/his team are trying to engineer right now. For some reason, people think I said it was legal. I didn't—and it isn't. What I've said is they believe they can convince courts to defer to Congress on it.
NOTE2/ Also, Mark Levin—and for that matter, Max Kennerly—were discussing ex post elector rule changes; I wasn't and haven't. You can't change election laws after the fact and expect a court to uphold it. I discussed what I'm actually concerned about here:
NOTE3/ For those who seek a summary: my worry was that state elections officials could refuse to certify a state's count under pressure from Trump, enabling a "dueling elector" scenario. I never said—nor would I ever—that state legislatures can pick whoever they want as electors.
NOTE4/ I don't know who it was, but in the game of "Telephone" that is Twitter someone falsely said I consider Mark Levin's proposed tactic—ex post election-law changes—legally plausible. I don't—it isn't. Levin is imperfectly summarizing one component of a larger Trump strategy.
NOTE5/ The "dueling elector" scenario has reportedly been discussed at the highest levels of the Democratic Party, including members of Congress. It's a real fear. Though again, (a) that *doesn't mean it's legal*, (b) that doesn't mean that Mark Levin's tweet was a summary of it.

NYT: Top NYT pollster says "Trump wins the new Maricopa vote by 15.6 points. Still not good enough for him [to catch Biden]. [But] still not going to yield a projection [for Biden]." #Election2020results#Election2020
NYT: "This is the first time Maricopa County [Arizona] voters chose a Democrat for president in more than 70 years." #Election2020results#Election2020
Please understand that the theory Trump is floating is that the election vote was *hacked* in Biden's favor. That's what he was referring to when he said his lead "miraculously" disappeared. So what does he mean when he says maybe it'll come back? Who was that tweet intended for?
(PS) And here's a related question Americans better start asking: why is Michael Flynn—with all his connections to Israeli and Saudi and Emirati and Russian intelligence—suddenly back in Trump's sphere as Trump is talking about undoing what he claims is the hacking of a election?
(PS2) We must stop trying to decode what Trump is saying or doing by watching networks that don't inform his thinking or actions. If you want to know what his tweets mean or what he intends, you must descend into the murk: Fitton, Schmitz, Powell, Flynn, Giuliani, Bannon, Prince.
America needs to know that the *scariest disinformation you've ever heard* is being spread by Trump allies on TV. Flynn's camp claims Barr is investigating pro-Biden vote-hacking. There is *no evidence of this* but you *need* to know that this is what Trump is telling his people.
(PS) Those of us who watch TV centered on *this* reality have *no* idea what's going on over on "Earth Two," and I worry that that's dangerous. If you watch what Sidney Powell is falsely claiming as true with a dead-eyed stare—to an audience of *millions*—you won't sleep tonight.
(PS2) All day today I heard folks on CNN and MSNBC saying, "We don't understand why Trump is acting as he is?" I watched the Dobbs clip I screen-shotted above—or half, as it was just too insane—and the truth became clear.
For all practical purposes, Trump inhabits another world.
The Trump "no concession" story matters in one sense: it points to Trump's plans. The fear is that he illegally manufactures fraudulent slates of electors to send to DC, knowing the GOP has more "delegation votes" than Dems. So watch Rep. McCarthy and former Rep.—now CoS—Meadows.
I'm seeing a lot of people pour cold water on any attempt to have Democrats stay vigilant for Trump's next move. That is an error. Trump will not concede, and there is no bottom to what he will do. So yes, Democrats must at least prepare for unthinkable future Trumpist maneuvers.
Right now, media reports that two of Trump's most powerful House-connected allies—Rep. McCarthy and former Rep. Meadows—are the *chief architects* of the claim that the election should be invalidated.
Trump's prospective coup plot would require complicity from House Republicans.
(ELECTION RESULTS THREAD) Follow this thread for regular updates on vote tallies in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada. Biden becomes POTUS if he wins Pennsylvania; or if he wins Arizona and Nevada; or if he wins Nevada and Georgia.
I hope you'll RETWEET this for others.
(NOTE) Joe Biden also becomes our nation's 46th president if he wins Arizona and Georgia. And of course when North Carolina begins reporting results again next week it could give Biden the White House in a number of different combinations (e.g., with Arizona, Nevada, or Georgia).
NYT: Trump Lead in Georgia Down to 0.2% (Under 10,000 Votes)
(CRITICAL INFORMATION) The Trump family has now put out via propagandist Mark Levin—quickly retweeted by Trump's son—a call to enact the "November Nightmare" scenario I outlined in Episode 7 of the PROOF podcast. You'll want to know what is being plotted.
(PS) In summary, what the Trump family is now advocating is the creation of fraudulent slates of state electors that do not represent the will of the voters or final vote tallies. It's the most dangerous, anti-democratic tactic ever advocated for in modern U.S. political history.
(PS2) Here's the proof that this was RTed by Trump's son to his 6 million Twitter followers—though of course you can confirm it yourself by looking at Don Jr.'s Twitter feed. The percentage you see in this screenshot is the troll/bot rating automatically provided by @BotSentinel.
