Ballots are still being counted from Philadelphia and Allegheny county. Today is the last day that Pennsylvania can accept mail-in ballots postmarked on or before #ElectionDay
Biden is leading by 4,263 votes as of 5 p.m. ET, with 99% of votes counted, according to Edison Research. Trump needs both Pennsylvania and Georgia to win.

Brad Raffensperger said he expects the margin to be just a few thousand votes, which would trigger an automatic recount.
