New Trump lawsuit in Arizona which involves votes that were disqualified due to possible overvotes and/or ink bleeds/splotches/other irregularities that caused tabulators to reject their votes & voters weren't made aware that the "remedy" would disqualify their votes.
Overvotes are votes for more than one person per position, such as if a person voted for both Trump and Biden, whether on purpose accidentally.
The vote tabulator would reject those types of ballots & alert them that there was either an overvote or some other defect, such as bleed or other random marks on the ballot.
After a vote is rejected, what is supposed to happen is that the voter should either submit a new ballot or if they don't want to submit a new one, that defective ballot is supposed to go into a separate tray in the tabulator.
If they get placed in the separate tray, then they go to a ballot duplication board and/or to the snag board to try to determine what the voter intended to do. Then they'll manual transpose onto a new ballot to be counted.
However, there is also a green button on the tabulator that can override the error alert. If there's an error on a ballot and the green button is pressed, it casts the ballot, but any field that has the overvote or other defect near it does NOT get counted.
Also, those ballots do not go through any additional reviews by anyone.
It is alleged that poll workers were pressing the green button without telling voters that any fields on their ballots that had overvotes or other defects would NOT be counted.
In those cases, either the poll worker pressed the green button OR the poll worker told the voter to press the green button. And again, the poll worker did not notify the voter what pressing the green button would do.
One voter who had ink permeation on their ballot had her ballot rejected by the tabulation machine. She tried to feed it thru a 2nd time, got rejected again, so the poll worker told her to push the green button but did NOT tell her doing so would invalidate those fields.
There are more examples of other voters with same issue. A credentialed poll observer in Phoenix also noticed the same issue & said poll workers provided vague & confusing explanations about it to voters.
It goes on with more examples of poll watchers noticing the same thing in other Arizona polling places. They provide names of witnesses and explanations of all the issues.
In one case, someone watched a poll worker remove ballots from Tray 3 (which were supposed to go to the boards for further review), put them back into the tabulator, and press the green button to disqualify those votes.

And why is the video quality so sh*tty and pixelated?
We all know there is fraud, but come on with this one. You can’t even tell what the paper is because that’s also conveniently too blurry. The arm, though, is the biggest tell. I mean, really.
