1/Under the Mosaic Covenant, GOD functioned in a suzerainty. At times, He partnered with villainous outsiders to discipline his people in lieu of completely destroying them. In a vassal arrangement, the stronger King had that right.
2/To suggest that GOD operates the same way under the “Grant Covenant” He made with the Lord Jesus Christ concerning us is to misunderstand (1) Who GOD is & (2) How covenants work.
3/GOD established the New Covenant in partnership with Jesus so that He can finally express His great love, mercy, & kindness to ALL people. This New Covenant is a better covenant built on better promises.
4/The Church’s illiteracy concerning the GOD we serve has caused many to misunderstand WHY we are in the earth. GOD could’ve saved us & immediately taken us out of the earth. But instead, He left us here on assignment.
5/Our mission is to share the Good News (Gospel) of this New Covenant with ALL who would listen. We are here to give hope, bring light, & present GOD’s favor & flavor to a world lost in darkness. We are here to reveal Jesus.
6/The world lives in a darkness that is so thick at times that even Believers can be sucked in & consumed by its lure. So we must be intentionally about staying connected to the Lord, His family in the earth (the Church), & His message of Love, Faith, & Hope.
7/It’s time for the Church to return to teaching Truth & practicing the Love of GOD. It’s time for those who understand the Gospel to distance ourselves from those who practice “error by emphasis”—who take only parts of the Gospel & use it for division, gain, or pleasure.
8/It’s time for us to see GOD for who He is—the Senior Partner in the most amazing covenant ever made in the earth. And the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ & ALL who call on Him to be saved. It’s time for us to BELIEVE AGAIN!

The argument that “I’m covered in Jesus’ blood so I still attend church & take no distancing precautions” is “living by faith” raises eyebrows & has sparked disagreement in the faith community. (1/12)
Here’s how I see it. Some faith communities focus exclusively on the “protective power of GOD” while others focus on the “obligation to be prudent.” But which is correct? It depends. (2/12)
The Bible says in Proverbs 22:3
“A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions. The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences.” (3/12)
There are many leaders in Christian churches who don’t understand the Gospel or its power.
What they offer is a vindictive, judgmental, & antiquated picture of a pre-Calvary GOD who appears to be forever seething. (1/10)
The problem with this type of preaching is that it (1) ignores the Cross (2) Minimizes the sacrifice of Christ (3) Teaches the Law of Moses as Apostolic Doctrine & (4) Robs believers of the benefit of being in Christ. (2/10)
Ignorance is NOT orthodoxy. It is ignorance. Not knowing is not an excuse for the damage that’s being done in the name of the Lord.
It’s better to be a weak Christian struggling under Grace than a self-righteous Christian who is proud of his legalism. (3/10)
