Election: People ask me in the DM's and right out here all kinds of questions about the legal I can't answer either because I don't know or because secrets. Please understand that most of them fall into the first category.

A brief explanation will however be enlightening. >

I've been privileged to have a few very challenging and professionally gratifying lawyering assignments in the last week and I'm on call for more. >

I'm not an election law specialist. I'm an egghead / junkyard dog litigator with a lot of federal court experience and a nice mix of public policy work in my history.

When given an assignment I (a) execute it and (b) look great doing it. Unless it's hot out, then only (a). >

So let's don't get the wrong impression about my role here. I am doing what I can and sharing what is appropriate under the circumstances.
