(1) Thread on President Trump's secret weapon: Melania Knauss Trump.

Born in Slovenia, 1970. Country was Yugoslavia at the time, part of the Eastern Bloc of Soviet-controlled countries. Probably secretly Catholic (Christian & Jewish religions were banned there at the time.)
(2) Whether Melania was born into a Catholic family or not, she is certainly a woman of the Christian faith, and appears to have great respect for (traditional not socialist) Catholicism. Enthusiastic when visiting the Vatican, but that can be the effect of holding any faith.
(3) But but she was a topless model once, I hear our adversaries say. (Every time I celebrate Melania, they say this, and worse.)

I'm a woman of around Melania's age. Even a devout Christian wd do work like that if it meant achieving a career goal. Let's talk about her career.
(4) Maybe at the time she didn't have the beliefs she has now. We'll never know & it don't matter. The pix were extremely tame, more on the artistic side than bottom-of-the-barrel porn.

We know she moved elsewhere in Europe before settling in NYC years _before_ meeting DJT.
(5) Absolutely she emigrated to the US on the merits of her own career, and not to marry Donald Trump. It's a matter of public record. AFAIK her initial visas were to work in the highly specialized field of fashion modelling. Trust me, I've been scrutinizing visa types myself.😉
(6) AFAIK she left Slovenia just before or during the fall of the Eastern bloc, which took several years, around 1989-1991. That alone took guts.

Put yourself in her shoes. 20 years old, & all you have ever known is crumbling around you. Stay or go? Millions face that decision.
(7) Melania's Dad was the manager of a car dealership branch. Every business was state-owned. Her Mom was a sewing pattern worker, I think, in a factory. Melania has one sister, younger.

Viktor and Amalija Knavs in 2018:
(8) But but Melania's parents only got US citizenship because of Trump! Our adversaries say, too dumb to fact check themselves first.

For most, it takes years and years to gain US citizenship.

Current law allows chain migration but not merit-based like most countries do.
(9) And when they say "but Trump hates immigrants!" you can tell they are the dumbest of our adversaries.

Trump (like me) hates _illegal_ immigration. Words matter.

Like #CountEveryLegalVote v count every vote.
(10) After the dust has settled & the Trumps walk back into the White House on 1/20/2020, the historic swing of multiple (legal) immigrant groups from D to R will be able to get some airtime.

#LatinosForTrump were a decisive factor in this win, & every other minority group too.
(11) That Sowell quote highlights a central issue. Democrats have now lost every voter group on which they depend, except for white males who aren't also Jewish, union, etc.

They lost POC, women, LGBT (yes, T), many union members & some unions, faith groups of every kind...
(12) Many voters in these groups switched to Trump in 2016. The big news is how much these numbers increased in 2020. I'll save my analysis on that for another thread or 12 later.

Melania is like others who escaped actual socialism abroad. They're canaries in a coal mine.
(13) These voter groups know why Melania toiled for a decade to be free from socialism. She then met and started dating Donald Trump, around 1998.

He says with a smile, she didn't like to go out on the town and would rather stay home reading a book.😄
(14) This was no gold-digging sham marriage. They've been together 22 years.

You can see in his eyes that she is the right woman for him. She's the only person who can get him to change his mind on something. Even more than Ivanka can.
(15) When she met DJT Melania had plenty of her own money. A woman that good looking, and smart, doesn't need to find a rich husband that she doesn't love.

She found both love and an increase in resources. How blessed is she?

I think she also knew he wanted to be President.
(16) To voluntarily sign on to go through all the crap this family has had since June 2015... no. She is not in this just for money. She had her pick of wealthy NY bachelors, plenty of whom offered a much easier lifestyle.

She loves him _and_ she loves American freedom.

(1) Musings of a foreign interferer.

It's one of the labels I attach to myself, because of Democrat hypocrisy. I'm not legally allowed to buy an official MAGA hat, bc it's a campaign contribution, & I'm a foreign national.

Yet other foreign nationals can buy US elections.
(2) "Foreign interference" clearly means different things to different people. So I have a bit of fun with the term.

Ironically, socialist John Lennon said this:
(3) I'm tweeting today about a whole range of subjects and will add some of it to this thread.

Remember to do electronic #prepping today, tomorrow etc.

Have your own data backed up somewhere, preferably not only on the cloud.

Be strict with yourself on your priorities.

(1) Headline: "Doctors begin to unlock the mystery behind long-term Covid-19."

Actually, doctors have been working on this for many months but I'm glad they're getting some recognition.

Many kinds of infection can lead to lasting issues. Not just this one.
(2) I think it is something that we, the public, should be more aware of. The aftermath of an infection can be difficult to diagnose, let alone treat. Some are specifically known about, others are vague and general. You don't want to get that kind, trust me.
(3) "Post viral fatigue" is a thing. It can last a few weeks or months then goes away. Or it can last years, or be permanent. It can recur, which makes it hard to distinguish from a new disease process.

There are many names for this kind of syndrome.

(1) A quick comment on this: "Our lawyers have asked for “meaningful access”, but what good does that do? The damage has already been done to the integrity of our system, and to the Presidential Election itself. This is what should be discussed!"
(2) I copied the text in case TWTR tries to restrict it.

POTUS is running two-track process, as he always does. One is the legal process, the other is the political one.

He's not questioning the action of his own attorneys, which is based on his instructions. He is...

#TheyCantCatchUs

POTUS is LIVE talking about having just won #FourMoreYears!

This is #NotEvenClose.

I think it's a good thing the news will filter out to the TDS community slowly.

They couldn't handle hearing about it last night. It's safer for everyone this way.
POTUS is talking about needing to go to the SCOTUS.

"As far as I'm concerned, we already have won it."

Damn right, Sir.

(1) The level of Radical Islamic Terrorism in Europe & North America has markedly decreased since Obama left office, but still flares up here & there.

The killing of 3 innocents in Nice, France, is linked to the antisemitism & anti-Christian narratives of Turkey's Erdogan.
(2) The usual outlets eg BBC, NYT etc ran the same pro-terrorist narratives they always do. So I looked elsewhere for info about the attack. I found it at this Australian outlet:

greekcitytimes.com/2020/10/29/ter…
(3) From the story:

"This latest attack in France happened amid increasing tensions with Turkey.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has invented a crisis by portraying Ankara as a “defender” against France’s “Islamophobia.” "

(1) Twitter no longer claims to be an aggregator of trending topics... which was their main value proposition when they launched >12 years ago.

The once-useful side panel is now mere advertising for their TDS-addled buddies.

Re: "growing US political violence" ...
(2) The reporting of political violence (aka terrorism) in the US is now absolutely partisan.

To the left it's all the fault of Trump, always.

To others, it's the fault of the person firing the gun, placing the IED, or bankrolling those people.
(3) Almost all of the terrorism in the US this year has been caused by the left. A very tiny proportion is caused by people the left claims are "right wing" or "conservative" or "Trump supporters."

Predictability, scratching the surface in each case leads to a different result.
