This email was clearly overclassified. There is nothing in it that would raise to the level of SECRET/NOFORN. It's just that it was politically sensitive as the email states and Guantanamo brass feared blowback

That story in the previous tweet was also based on documents I obtained via #FOIA. The email they withheld from me for 7 years would have made the story far more explosive
