At a macro level, there has been significant coverage expansion since 2013, but on one key metric - mortality - population health has worsened since the implementation of the ACA.
If we really wanted to #protectourcare then we should be focusing on health care and not health insurance. The #ACA has been a huge gift to the insurance and hospital industries that have benefitted financially at the expense of American patients.
