Russell S Strasser was appointed as a 2nd Lt in usaf in 1993, and can confirm was working as osi with them still in 2004.
Can also confirm via some excerpts included in a book, Forensic Science, that in 2008 he was affiliated with George Washington University.
Zoom info does have him listed as postal investigator as of September in NY area.
