SC has power to interpret letter keeping spirit of constitution intact by focusing on letter "religious denomination" it has taken away spirit of equality in Art 26 which on 26th Jan 1950 equally protected Places of worship of all religious denominations.

What started off as equal protection for places of worship of all religious denomination u Art 26 with effect of several SC judgements slowly door of Art 26 entry controlled by Judiciary has become narrow and narrow and by effect of Uttarakhand HC judgement is almost non existent Image
