Under #AatmaNirbharBharat 1.0, some of the announcements which we have made before are seeing good progress. This includes:
-One Nation One Ration Card

-Credit boost has been achieved to 2.5 crore farmers through Kisan Credit Cards

Under Emergency Credit Liquidity Guarantee Scheme, a total amount of 2.05 lakh crore has been sanctioned to 61 lakh borrowers, out of which 1.52 lakh crore has been disbursed: Finance Minister @nsitharaman

Announcements under #AtmaNirbharBharat 3.0.

1. 'Atmanirbhar Bharat Rozgar Yojana' is being launched to incentivise creation of new employment opportunities during the #COVID recovery phase.

-Finance Minister @nsitharaman

EPFO registered establishments - if they take in new employees or those who lost jobs earlier - these employees will get some benefits. This will be effective from 1st October, 2020: Finance Minister @nsitharaman

Here's the eligibility criteria for Establishments registered with @socialepfo, in order to avail the benefits of #AtmaNirbharBharat Rozgar Yojana: Finance Minister @nsitharaman

The new scheme- #AtmaNirbharBharatRozgarYojana will be operational till 30th June 2021.

Central govt. will give subsidy by way of EPF contributions for two years in respect of new eligible employees. Subsidy will be credited upfront in Aadhaar-seeded EPFO accounts: @nsitharaman

2. Emergency Credit Line Guarantee Scheme

-It is extended till 31st March, 2021
-The scheme cover MSME units, business enterprises, individual loans for business purposes and MUDRA borrowers: Finance Minister @nsitharaman

We are launching credit guarantee support scheme for health care sector and 26 sectors stressed due to #COVID19. Entities will get additional credit up to 20% of outstanding credit, repayment can be done in 5 years' time (1 year moratorium + 4 years repayment): @nsitharaman

3. Production Linked Incentive (PLI) worth 1.46 lakh crore is being offered to 10 champion sectors, this will help boost competitiveness of domestic manufacturing. It will give a big boost to economy, investment, exports and job creation : Finance Minister @nsitharaman

4. PM Awaas Yojana (PMAY)- Urban

Rs 18,000 crores will be provided over the Budget Estimates for 2020-21 for PMAY-Urban through additional allocation and Extra Budgetary Resources. This will help 12 lakh houses to be grounded and 18 lakhs houses to be completed: @nsitharaman

5. Relaxation of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and performance security on Govt tenders.

To provide ease of doing business and relief to contractors, EMD for tenders will be replaced by bid security self-declaration. This relaxation is valid till December 31, 2021: @nsitharaman

6. Income Tax Relief for Developers & Home Buyers

Differential between circle rate and agreement value in real estate income tax is being increased from 10% to 20%; valid till 30 June, 2021. The income tax relief provides incentive to middle class to buy homes: FM @nsitharaman

7. Govt. will make 6,000 crore equity investment in debt platform of National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), which will help NIIF raise 1.1 lakh crore by 2025 for financing infrastructure projects: Finance Minister @nsitharaman

65,000 crore fertilizer subsidy will be provided to farmers to ensure that forthcoming crop seasons will not be affected for want of adequate fertilizers: Finance Minister @nsitharaman

9. Enhanced outlays under PM Garib Kalyan Rozgar Yojana

Additional outlay of 10,000 crore is being provided for #PMGaribKalyanRozgarYojana. Funds can be used for MGNREGA or for Gram Sadak Yojana, this will accelerate growth of the rural economy: Finance Minister @nsitharaman

10. Boost for Project Exports

3,000 crore will be released to EXIM Bank for promotion of project exports through Lines of Credit under IDEAS Scheme: Finance Minister @nsitharaman

10,200 crore additional budget stimulus will be provided towards Capital and industrial expenditure for
-domestic defence equipment
-industrial incentives
-industrial infrastructure

12. Rs 900 crore will be provided for #COVID Suraksha Mission for Research and Development of Indian Covid Vaccine to @DBTIndia.

The actual cost of the vaccine or the logistics required for distributing the vaccine is totally different matter: Finance Minister @nsitharaman

List of stimulus being provided by the government, as part of the 12 announcements made today under #AatmaNirbharBharat 3.0, amounts to Rs 2.65 lakh crore: Finance Minister @nsitharaman
