Happy Narak Chaturdashi to all of you. The eldest member of family lights a Diya facing South Direction when all family members are inside, shows it too all corners of house and then keeps it at unknown place. With this Diya, all evil vibes too go out. #NarakChaturdashi

#NarakChaturdashi remains one of the fewest occasions when one can pray facing South Direction. The direction of Yama, the Lord of Death and Dharma is South. Prayers are made to Yama for long life of self, near and dear ones and to avoid untimely death.
On #NarakaChaturdashi, Bhagwan Krishna and Devi Satyabhama, his wife, slew Narakasur and freed 16,100 girls captured by him. Many Deepaks are lit on Kali Chaudas (14th night on dark phase, another name of Narak Chaturdashi) to pay respect to these girls. #NarakaChaturdashi2020
Chaturdashi Tithi (14th Lunar date) started at 5:58 PM today, and will be in progress till 2:17 PM tomorrow. So, worship of Narak Chaudas has to be done tonight. Tomorrow night is #Deepavali.

For CA students. Read FULL Thread.

I made tweet on 5 July about CA exams being postponed in Nov. session. Now, they start from 21 Nov., a date OUTSIDE Jupiter-Pluto planetary war [that runs b/w 5-20 Nov]. So, high chances that they will be conducted.

From 21 Nov to 12 Dec, no such condition is seen that can lead to postponement of exams, so just like JEE and NEET, they would be conducted, "if not" postponed further before 21 Nov.

Are there "chances" of further postponement "as per Jyotish"?

 Below are some instructions for storing rainwater of Swati Nakshatra. many of them are pretty obvious in nature but since people ask them every time, I wrote them for ease of everyone. No formalities associated - once collected, it can be kept in locker at any time.

Apart from the trick of storing rainwater of Swati Nakshatra, @PunyaPrakop_ sir told a simple trick of keeping such a currency note in Tijori whose initial and last digits are 9. It is believed to attract more Lakshmi.

Many astrologers classify it only as a made-up Dosha like Kal Sarp Yog. As per me, if any astrologer, however reputed, holds Pitra Dosh in your chart responsible for your problems, then first thing you do is change astrologer.

Watch this video of Swargiya Shri Joshi Ji where he explains in simple terms as to why should one not even bother about Pitra Dosha in chart, and should concentrate on finding root cause of the problems. There's a lot more to speak than this video.

Astrologers who believe in it would justify it like Kal Sarp Dosh. People spend hefty amount to cure Pitra Dosha but there is no need of remedy for an imaginary Dosha. Even if remedy is free, one should spend time in doing remedy that would actually solve/ease problems. JSR.
