Hyunjin: I like traveling alone a lot. Even if I have no itinerary, I just like walking, no matter what. Just, wherever I go is the path ahead.

A: 5th grade

A: For talent shows, or retreats, you'd do that. For that, I'd learn dances, and I thought it was really fun. It piqued my interest and it was fun, so I thought that I really wanted to do it.

Hyunjin: I auditioned in my first year of middle school, got in, then I became a trainee.
Q: Do you remember your saddest day(s)?
A: When I was a trainee, when the trainees that I practiced with didn't make it through, when they went home, I think I cried the hardest then.

When they first got cut. We practiced together everyday, and went through the struggles together, and we shared our emotions as friends, and they'd disappear.

Hyunjin: So when the company said "it's you this time" I was like "*gasp* me? Am I ready-- Could I do this?" but I needed to prepare, so, when everyone was asleep, I'd leave, on the weekends I'd leave to practice, and practice.
Q: Is there a fan that you specifically remember?
A: Yes. Since my solo debut, that fan has been a fan and has been sending letters, and cheering me on.
